I used this walnut tabletop to build a small board-game table, and the 36-inch diameter gives us enough room to play comfortably without taking over the room. The thick top feels substantial, and the finished surface is easy to wipe down after use. I paired it with a pedestal base to keep the area around the chairs open. It was a great way to create a table that fits our needs instead of settling for a standard design!
